I thought I had a pretty healthy (or, more likely, unhealthy) obsession with bacon. I’ve even tried to invest with some folks that are selling bacon-related products. I also am a big fan of the tacqueria taco. But, what happens when you combine the two? Well, it looks something like this:

As we near the one year anniversary of the Midday Ramble, I’d like to take the time to highlight some of my favorite posts. But, before doing that, I’ll just send you back to the first few, so you can see how this has evolved over the year.
